Placing orders

In order to start using the ParosArt online store it is necessary to register first by filling in and accepting the registration form. Accepting the Rules and Regulations is required together with providing correct personal details.

In order to place the order for the product available in the online store, choose the product which you are interested in and add it to cart. Next follow the communications available on the website. Before clicking the “I order” button, you have the possibility to change the provided data and the list of products selected. Read the summary of the order made in advance as it includes the information concerning the products, their unit price as well as total price for the order.

While placing a customized order, contact us by e-mail and send the file containing the selected painting or photo in the .jpg, .tiff or .pdf format with the resolution of minimum 300 dpi.

It is also possible to place the order by phone.

Order confirmation

When the order is correctly placed, we will send you the e-mail in which we will confirm the fact of receiving it and proceed to the realization of your order.

Delivery and payment

We send the orders all over Poland, to the address provided while placing the order. They are delivered by the DPD courier company (ca. PLN 20) or K-ex (large package, ca. PLN 90) Exact price of delivery depends on the dimensions of products ordered as well as total order amount.

The orders over PLN 2000 are delivered free of charge.

Order realization deadline amounts to maximum 7 working days.

The only payment method available is cash on delivery.

Returns and complaints

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded within 14 days from the receipt of the goods ordered, without specifying any reason. For this you should inform us about your decision for example via explicit statement submitted to the address of the company’s seat or by e-mail. Having received such statement, we will immediately send you the confirmation of receiving your information and withdrawing from the agreement.

In such case we will return all the payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the item, no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the product back.

Complaints resulting from violating client’s rights guaranteed by the law or basing on the Rules and Regulations of the store shall be submitted to the e-mail address: Paros Art undertakes to analyse each complaint within the deadline of 14 days and if this turns out to be impossible, to notify the client within the said period when the complaint will be examined.
