Rules and Regulations of the online store ObrazyReprodukcje.pl
The present Rules and Regulations specify general conditions, rules as well as details of sales performed by the company ParosArt Alicja Abramczyk, with its registered seat at ul. Powstańców 47c in Ząbki, Tax ID number NIP: 5272467111, by the intermediary of online store available at www.obrazyreprodukcje.pl.
The notions used in Rules and Regulations refer to:
1. The Client – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal identity, but provided with legal capacity basing on special provisions, placing the Order in the Store;
2. Civil Code – act as of April 23rd 1964 (Journal of Laws No 16, item 93 as amended);
3. Rules and Regulations – the present Rules and Regulations for the provision of services via electronic means within the ObrazyReprodukcje.pl online store;
4. Online Store (Store) – the website available at https://www.obrazyreprodukcje.pl/, by the intermediary of which the Client has the opportunity to place the Orders;
5. Goods – products presented in the Online Store;
6. Sales Agreement – agreement for the sale of Goods as defined in the Civil Code, concluded between ParosArt Alicja Abramczyk and the Client with the use of the website of the Store;
7. Act on consumer rights – act as of May 30th 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws as of 2014, item 827);
8. Act on the provision of services by electronic means – Act as of July 18th 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No 144, item 1204 as amended);
9. Order – Client’s statement of intent leading directly to the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods.
II. General provisions
2.1 Any rights to the store, including proprietary copyrights, intellectual property rights to its name, Internet domains as well as to patterns, forms, logotypes placed in the Store constitute the propriety of the Seller and they may be used exclusively in the way specified by and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations. The Store is made available by the Seller via the Internet network as a resource of the ICT and IT system. III. Rules for using the Online Store
3.1. In order to be able to begin using the Online Store it is necessary to register,
3.2. Registration takes place via filling in and accepting the registration form available on one of the Store webpages.
3.3. In order to register it is necessary to accept the content of Rules and Regulations as well as provide personal details marked as obligatory.
3.4. The owner of the online store is entitled to deprive the Client of the right to use the Online Store as well as limit their access to all or part of the resources of the Online Store with immediate effect when the Client violates the Rules and Regulations, in particular when the Client:
- provided during the registration in the online store the data which is false, inaccurate or invalid, misleading or violating the rights of third parties,
- committed by means of the online store the infringement of personal interests of third parties, in particular personal interests of other clients of the online store.
3.5. The person who was deprived of the right to use the online store does not have the right to register again without prior consent of the store owner.
3.6. In order to ensure the security of communications and data transferred in connection with the service provided within the Website, the Online Stores shall undertake technical and organizational measures adjusted to the level of risk for the services provided, in particular the measures aiming at preventing the fact of obtaining and modifying by unauthorized persons personal data sent on the Internet.
3.7. The Client is in particular obliged:
- not to provide or transmit the content forbidden by the rules of law, e.g. the content promoting violence, representing defamatory character or violating personal interest or other rights of third parties,
- to use the Online Store in a way which does not interfere with its operations, in particular by using appropriate software or devices,
- not to undertake such activities as: sending or posting within the Online Store commercial information which had not been ordered (spam),
- to use the Online Store in a way which does not cause trouble to other clients,
- to use the content posted within the Store exclusively for their own purpose,
- to use the Online Store in a way which remains in accordance with legal provisions in force within the Republic of Poland, provisions of the present Rules and Regulations as well as general conditions of use of the Internet network.
IV. Procedure of concluding the Sales Agreement
4.1. In order to conclude the Sales Agreement by the intermediary of the Online Store it is necessary to access the https://obrazyreprodukcje.pl website, choose the products by taking subsequent steps basing on the communications displayed to the Clients as well as the information available on the webpage or call the Online Store at phone number 502 796 030, where the seller receives orders by phone, confirming unit and total prices of the order as well as will send the e-mail confirming the receipt of the order.
4.2. Goods to be ordered are selected by the Client by adding them to the cart.
4.3. While placing the order – before the “I order” button is clicked – the Client has the right to modify the provided data together with the selected Goods. For this purpose it is necessary to follow the communications displayed to the Client as well as information available on the website.
4.4. When the Client using the Online Store provides all necessary data, the summary of the Order placed shall be displayed. The summary will include the following information:
- subject of the order,
- unit price as well as total price of the products or services ordered, including delivery costs and additional costs (if applicable),
4.5. For the Order to be sent it is necessary to accept the provisions of Rules and Regulations, provide personal details marked as obligatory and click the “I order” button.
4.6. The fact of the Client sending the Order constitutes the statement of intent to conclude with ParosArt Alicja Abramczyk with its registered seat in Warsaw (05-091), ul. Powstańców 47c, the Sales Agreement according to the provisions of Rules and Regulations.
4.7. Having placed the Order, the Client receives, including final confirmation of all important elements of the Order.
4.8. The Agreement is treated as concluded upon the receipt by the Client of the e-mail referred to above.
4.9. Sales Agreement is concluded in the Polish language and its content matches the Rules and Regulations.
5.1. Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and it is performed to the address provided by the Client while placing the Order.
5.2. Delivery of the Goods ordered takes place by DPD courier company. Delivery costs depend on the dimensions of products ordered or total amount of the order.
5.3. Deadline for delivery amounts to 1 to 7 working days from the date of the Order being sent by the Client.
5.4. Clients may get the access to the present Rules and Regulations any time by intermediary of the reference posted on the main page of the website https://www.obrazyreprodukcje.pl/ as well as download it and print it. Consolidating, securing, sharing an confirming to the Client the important provisions of the Agreement for the Sales of Goods takes place by submitting to the Client to the provided e-mail address as well as by attaching to the parcel containing the Goods printed confirmation, Order specification as well as VAT invoice.
VI. Prices and payment methods
6.1. Prices of the Goods are provided in Polish zlotys and include all elements, i.e. VAT (with its rate specified), customs, as well as any other elements.
6.2. The Client has the right to pay the price:
- by cash on delivery.
VII. Right to withdraw from the Agreement
7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the present agreement within 14 days without specifying any reason.
Deadline for withdrawing from the agreement expires after 14 days from the date when you became the owner of the product or when the third party other than the carrier and specified by you became the owner of the product.
In order to use the right to withdraw from the agreement you are obliged to notify us about your decision to withdraw from the present agreement by explicit statement (for example the letter sent by mail to the address: ParosArt Alicja Abramczyk, Powstańców 47c lok.155, 05-091 Warszawa or by e-mail to email@example.com).
You can also fill in and send the form on the withdrawal from the agreement or any other clear statement by e-mail on our website http://www.obrazreprodukcje.pl/. If you decide to use this opportunity, we will immediately send to you the confirmation on obtaining the information concerning the withdrawal from the agreement on a durable medium (for example by electronic mail).
In order for the deadline for the withdrawal from the agreement to be met, you need to send the information on executing the right to withdraw from the agreement that you possess before the expiry of the date for withdrawal from the agreement.
In the case of withdrawing from the present agreement, we refund all the payments obtained from you, including the costs of delivery of goods (excluding additional costs resulting from the delivery method that you selected, other than the cheapest regular delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date of being informed about your decision on using the right to withdraw from the present agreement.
The payment shall be returned with the use of the same payment methods as those chosen by you for the initial transaction, unless you clearly agree for a different solution to be applied; in any case, you will not incur any costs connected with the return of goods.

Powstańców 47c lok.155, 05-091 Ząbki immediately, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date when you informed us about your withdrawal from the present agreement. The deadline is considered respected if you send the item back before the expiry of the deadline of 14 days.
VIII. Complaints concerning the Goods
8.1. ParosArt Alicja Abramczyk with its registered seat at ul. Powstańców 47c lok155, 05-091 Ząbki as the seller is responsible towards the Client being the consumer as specified in Art. 22 of the Civil Code within the warranty for defects in the scope specified in the Civil Code, in particular in Art. 556 and Art. 556 – 556 of the Civil Code.
8.2. Complaints resulting from violating legally guaranteed rights of the Client or basing on the present Rules and Regulations shall be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. ParosArt Alicja Abramczyk with its registered seat at ul. Powstańców 47c lok 155, 05-091 Ząbki undertakes to examine each complaint within up to 14 days and if this turns out to be impossible, to notify within this period when the complaint is going to be analysed.
IX. Final provisions
9.1. Final provisions and modification of Rules and Regulations
9.2. The Rules and Regulations come into force on the day of being published in the Store.
9.3. The Rules and Regulations can be changed. Each Client shall be notified about the changes introduced into the provisions of the Rules and Regulations by the Seller who shall post on the home page of the Store the information on the Rules and Regulations being changed, including the summary of the introduced changes and this information shall remain on the home page of the Store for at least 7 subsequent Working Days, while the Clients for whom in particular the services are being provided via electronic means shall receive additional notification from the Seller who submits to the e-mail address provided by them in the registration form the information containing the summary of modifications introduced into Rules and Regulations.
9.4. Notifying about the modifications introduced into Rules and Regulations according to the procedure specified above shall take place no later than 7 working days before the modified Rules and Regulations come into force. If the Client does not accept new provisions of the Rules and Regulations, they are obliged to notify the Seller about this fact within 7 days from the date of notifying about introducing modifications into the Rules and Regulations. Failure to accept them results in the termination of the agreement.
9.5. All orders accepted by the Seller for realization before the day of modification of Rules and Regulations are realized basing on the version of Rules and Regulations which remained in force on the day of placing the order by the Client.
9.6. In the case of a dispute arising in connection with the concluded Sales Agreement, the Parties shall seek its amicable settlement. Law applicable to the settlement of any disputes arising in connection with the present Rules and Regulations is the law of the Republic of Poland.
